With prices starting from £3,000, many key components on BV machines, including the deep, flat-bottomed bowl, base frame and separation screen are manufactured from cast polyurethane. As well as reducing costs, when compared to steel fabricated items, this innovation is believed to offer an increased working life, reduced noise levels and an extended motor and bearing life.

Available in five sizes, BV machines are supplied fully tested, assembled and ready to run from a conventional 240V supply. Each model includes a see-through lid, BETA dosing unit and a control panel with emergency stop, hours-run meter, process timer and variable inverter for infinite forward and reverse speed control when processing and unloading components.
