The participating delegates in the recent Denso International Conference reported it as being the best to-date (see Plate 1). The annual conference is organised by Winn & Coales (Denso) Ltd and its fellow subsidiaries from around the globe.

Coming from as far afield as the USA, South Africa, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, the delegates and their UK counterparts attended a week at South End House to cross-fertilize new experiences and new knowledge while participating in technical workshops, new product development and finalising marketing/business strategies.

Delegates also attended various conference functions throughout the week and found time over the weekend for a round of golf and a trip to the London Eye and Aquarium.

The Conference ended with a trip to the NEC, Birmingham, to visit the company's stand at Pipelines 2000 Exhibition.
