Barrier foil liners and covers provide total protection for dried products that have a sensitivity to moisture, oxygen, temperature and other climatic and biological volatiles, and also prevent odour transfer either into or out of the product.

All liners and covers are tailor-made to suit the dimensions and style of the outer packaging or pallet. Liners can be manufactured to suit FIBCs, octobins,ISO shipping containers, drums and there are also three-dimensional liners to fit heavy-duty corrugated boxes. FIBC liners can be made open-topped with flat base or with a filling and/or discharge spouts, thus ensuring safe filling and emptying of the FIBC or octobin. Pallet covers can be made to suit any dimension and can be made for multi-use.
Barrier foils are a flexible barrier with the lowest known water vapour and oxygen transmission rates. Industrial polythene lets water vapour and aggressive gases seep through, allowing deterioration of product to occur, but this can be eliminated by the use of barrier foil with or without desiccant.
