Company reorganisation. Newton, Chambers & Co. Ltd. have made organisational changes within the company. A new wholly‐owned subsidiary company, Newton Chambers Associated Engineering Companies Ltd., has been formed to manage and co‐ordinate the diverse engineering activities of Newton, Chambers & Co. Ltd., and included in the changes is also the formation of a selling company, Ensecote Ltd., which will replace the Ensecote Department of the company. Mr. J. R.
