Company reorganisation. Newton, Chambers & Co. Ltd. have made organisational changes within the company. A new wholly‐owned subsidiary company, Newton Chambers Associated Engineering Companies Ltd., has been formed to manage and co‐ordinate the diverse engineering activities of Newton, Chambers & Co. Ltd., and included in the changes is also the formation of a selling company, Ensecote Ltd., which will replace the Ensecote Department of the company. Mr. J. R. MacCraig is director and general manager of the selling company. All enquiries and correspondence should now be addressed to: Ensecote Ltd., Thorncliffe, Sheffield.
