£27,000 for research on high‐temperature materials. The Ministry of Technology has made an earmarked grant of up to £27,000 to the British Non‐Ferrous Metals Research Association for a three‐year programme of research into dispersion‐hardened materials. The grant, which will provide three‐quarters of the additional cost, will extend the studies already carried out by the Research Association in a field of basic applied research for which it is particularly well suited. The remainder of the cost will be made up from the Association's funds.
