A colourful 35‐minute film has been issued by the American Zinc Institute to explain the part played by zinc in the fight against corrosion. Simple pictorial language shows how corrosion fundamentally depends upon electro‐chemical action between dissimilar metals, or the inevitably dissimilar areas of single metals, and the techniques of animation are employed to display the function of a galvanic cell.
