Acid‐resistant articles. Plastic tubes are provided with an armour of a corrosion‐resistant material to stabilise their shape by casting, lapping, spraying or braiding with a material which can be applied to the tube at 140°C, but when in position has a softening point of 140°G, e.g. cast resins such as Araldite.—Brit.
