Corrosion Commentary Available to Purchase

“Anti‐Corrosion Handbook and Directory” now published. Whilst one must always be wary of using the word “unique”, which PR men and their ilk regularly substitute for “new”, we consider the ANTI‐CORROSION HANDBOOK AND DIRECTORY qualifies as being truly unique. Many books by authoritative authors have been published on corrosion in general and specific aspects of corrosion in particular; some of these books are listed at the end of the Handbook section as recommended reading. Similarly, there are regular technical and scientific journals covering corrosion problems and their control, ranging from the coverage of developments in corrosion science that are published in the British Corrosion Journal to the technical and practical reports appearing in this journal. However, these publications assume that the reader has at least a working knowledge of electrochemistry, even if he is not exactly a corrosion engineer.
