ABS in Britain's largest wastewater treatment plant. ABS pipework supplied by Durapipe of Cannock has been used in Britain's largest wastewater treatment plant at Tunnel Refineries in Greenwich, London. The plant, designed by Biomechanics, uses the anaerobic digestion process, and Durapipe's ABS material was chosen for almost all the process pipework in preference to stainless steel because of its superior corrosion resistance under anaerobic conditions.
