Chemidus Plastics are manufacturers of a high‐purity, tough and rigid thermoplastic material, Chemidus 2000, available in a comprehensive range of standard sizes as pipe, seamless ducting and solid and cored bar. It has been developed as a carefully blended and compounded form of straight and truly unplasticised PVC. The complete absence of plasticiser and co‐polymerised material results in maximum chemical resistance, impact strength and softening point, and ensures against age embrittlement which could otherwise result from plasticiser extraction.
