Winn & Coales has made a substantial investment in new production plant at its South London works for the manufacture of its latest range of liquid coatings. Now in operation, the new plant has enabled Winn & Coales' chemists to take advantage of the latest coating technology and formulate high standard product specifications.
The new plant also ensures that products are made to the highest possible quality standards as well as increasing manufacturing capacity and improving efficiencies while creating a safer working environment.
Special purpose hydraulically driven mixing equipment was commissioned for the new liquid coatings production plant. The mixing gear can be raised and lowered into interchangeable stainless steel pans, which has enabled change over times to be reduced.
