Keramchemie acquires Ceilcote

Keramchemie GmbH has acquired the Ceilcote Division of MBT Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, a subsidiary of SKW Trostberg.

Ceilcote, with a global turnover of about £12m, manufactures and sells polymer-based coating materials used in heavy corrosion protection. The acquisition of the worldwide renowned Ceilcote trademark, which was established in 1926, gives KCH a much wider product range in high-quality coating systems for industrial applications.

Ceilcote in the UK is now under the control of KCH Keramchemie (UK) Limited, based in Sandbach, Cheshire with Mr Steve Davies and Mr Tony Coulson responsible for sales and market development.
