The Flintshire-based high-technology coatings and linings specialist Prime Line Engineering Ltd has been appointed as sole UK licensee and applicator for the range of non-marine Siloxirane polymer-based anti-corrosion and surface protection lining systems designed and developed by Advanced Polymer Sciences,Inc. of Ohio, USA.
Siloxirane systems claims superior resistance to 98 per cent of all corrosive acids, alkalis, solvents and fluids to high temperatures.
The range includes Uniline (for ISO tank containers and IBCs), Railine (for rail tank cars and road tankers), Guardline (for concrete floors, splash zones,spillways, tank sumps, secondary containment areas etc.) and other Siloxirane formulations (for chemical storage and holding tanks, and processing plant pipelines, reaction vessels, cyclone scrubbers, emission stacks etc.).
