Corrosion data for duplex stainless steel

The UK-based TWI has supported the NPL in development of a CD-ROM to help industry obtain information on the corrosion performance of duplex stainless steels. It aims to define safe operating limits in environments ranging from marine to oil production and refining. It has a database of over 6,000 data entries on general corrosion data, stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.
