Solartron Group creates new division for materials test products

The Solartron Group Ltd reports the creation of a new division within the company. Called Solartron Analytical, the new business will focus on products for the characterisation and analysis of solids and liquids, battery testing,impedance analysis and control system testing. Solatron considers that the move is consistent with its strategy of developing well-defined niche markets in the instrumentation sector.
The new division will be located at new premises close to the existing Solartron site in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK. It will retain sales offices in the USA, France and China, and has an extensive network of agents and distributors throughout the world.
