Buyers of abrasive discs can now benefit from product guarantees thanks to leading UK manufacturer Powermarc. According to Powermarc no other producer of abrasive discs has introduced such comprehensive guarantees to date.
The move is said to be in part due to the recent results of a testing programme that has been independently verified by Sheffield Testing Laboratories Ltd. The tests reportedly show that, when compared with other major brands, the three Abrasive Revolution ranges give the best performance in their price-bands,and the premium range Hallmarc outlasts the competition by up to five times.
This favourable comparison with the competition was not the only reasoning behind the guarantee, as Powermarc product manager Tim Hearn explained: "First,all our discs meet every safety standard in the world. Second, each disc is inspected before leaving the factory and a quality assurance sticker is applied by hand to prove that it has passed its inspection".
