Structural protection specialist, Flexcrete Limited, has launched a new Web site located at www.flexcrete.co.uk (see Plate 3). The site has been introduced to enable civil engineers, contractors, architects and specifiers to access information easily about Flexcrete and the company's range of concrete repair materials, car park decking systems and high performance coatings for weatherproof, and corrosion and anti-carbonaton protection.

We found the site to be designed in a modern, forward-looking style; it features a whole host of information, such as technical data sheets, literature which can be downloaded in PDF format, details of Flexcrete's international network of agents and distributors with direct e-mail and Web site links, case studies, and a frequently-asked question section which offers browsers the opportunity to pose their own technical questions. The site, which even includes a company profile in six languages ranging from Portuguese to Japanese, will, we are informed, be regularly updated to include all the latest project news,company and product developments.
Flexcrete operates in a number of core market areas, namely the repair and protection of buildings, civil engineering structures and car parks, the petrochemical and associated industries, the water industry, waterproof floor and deck protection and the repair of marine structures.
