Impac Infrared has added the IP 140- LO to its Series 140 range of non contact temperature measurement pyrometers. The Series 140 pyrometers are based on digital technology. The IP 140-LO low temperature, short wavelength, fibre optic pyrometer has a temperature range that starts from 100°C with fibre optic cable lengths up to 5 m.
The short operating wavelength makes these pyrometers suitable for the measurement of metals and other low emissivity materials at low temperatures and the small optical heads suit applications where space and accessibility is limited.
