Some Books Recently Received

The present volume is the third in the new series of half‐yearly proceedings issued by the Society for Experimental Stress Analysis and consists of a collection of papers read before the Society last Autumn. The two previous volumes have already been reviewed in AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING and both reviews testified to the uniformly high level of interest of the papers concerned. The present collection maintains the same high level and is a standing proof of the virility of this American Society.
