In a joint statement, Sir Stafford Cripps, President of the Board of Trade, and Mr. W. A. Harriman, United States Secretary for Commerce, announced recently additional arrangements for the exchange of German technical information acquired by the two nations since V.E. Day. These arrangements are complementary to those already in force whereby reports on German industry and technical developments, prepared by British and American investigators respectively, are made available to the industrialists of both countries.
