Single‐Seater Fighter Requirements: Points Raised by the New French Designs

A NUMBER of interesting points for consideration is raised by the article appearing in this issue on the various entrants for the French Air Ministry competition for new aeroplanes of the single‐seater fighter or “pursuit,” class as it is called in France and the United States, to replace obsolescent equipment.
