Choppers Rely on Extruded Airframe

Many of the key structural elements in modern, high performance helicopters are now made from extruded aluminium. For a number of years the airframe designers at Westland Helicopters of Yeovil have found that aluminium extrusions offer the best possible solution to many a design problem.
