Three members of the GEC group of companies, GEC‐Ferranti, Canadian Marconi Company (CMC) and Micronav International Inc., together with Rockwell International's Collins Avionics and Communications Division (CACD), have recently announced that they have teamed to pursue UK and European military MLS opportunities. GEC‐Ferranti will lead the team, which will address all airborne, ground and lifetime support aspects of the transition to MLS.
