The first two volumes of this series on Aerodynamic Theory (reviewed in AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING, Vol. VI, Sept. 1934, p. 249, and Vol. VII, April 1935, p. 99 respectively) deal largely with fundamental mathematical theorems and methods applicable to a perfect fluid. The greater part of Vol. III is devoted to the Mechanics of a Real Fluid.
