Muirhead strengthens North American team
Muirhead Vactric part of Silvermines Aerospace Division has seconded Ken Appleby to its New York company (Plate 19). A key member of the Muirhead sales team, Ken will be responsible for spearheading the company's expansion within the North American market.

Ken takes the position of director of sales and marketing, North America and will be based at Pickering Controls of Long Island, New York, NY. Pickering, which designs and manufactures linear and rotary displacement transducers, was acquired by Muirhead in 1996 to provide a springboard for the company's development in the USA.
