Stephen Henderson (Plate 17) has been appointed president and chief executive officer of FLS Aerospace Holding A/S.

Stephen, from Scotland, brings with him a professional engineering background and broad international business experience in the aircraft servicing industry. He has achieved outstanding results in the positions he has held during his career, most recently as president of BF Goodrich Aerospace Component Services Division. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, he was vice president and general manager, Sales of GE Engine Services and, from 1991 to 1996, he was president and managing director of Aviall Caledonian Engine Services Inc.

Stephen will continue and finish the current review of FLS Aerospace and will undertake to ensure the future profitable management and development of the company.

Stephen will also join the management board of the parent company, FLS Industries.
