In a device of the character described there are; a fuselage, wings including first and second portions hingedly connected together, brackets having pins thereon mounted on each of the first portions, rotating shafts mounted in each of the second portions, hook members mounted on the shafts and adapted to be moved into engagement with the pins on the brackets for maintaining the first and second portions in a substantially coplanar position. These hook members are releasable from the pins to permit the first and second portions to move to a side by side position. Pivot means permit the first and second portions to move to a position wherein the longitudinal axis of the first and second portions is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fuselage.
