THE de Havilland Gnome turboshaft engine is in wide‐scale production for a number of helicopters, including the Augusta/Bell 204B, and for the Vertol 107s on order for Sweden. The twin Gnome H.I200, capable of producing 2,500 s.h.p., is being produced for the Westland Wessex 2.
