Trade Announcements Available to Purchase

It has been announced by Hawker Siddeley Group Ltd. that the following Board changes have taken place. Sir Thomas Sopwith retires as Chairman and is succeeded by Sir Roy Dobson, the present Vice‐Chairman and Managing Director. Sir Arnold Hall, at present a director of the company, becomes Vice‐Chairman and Managing Director, with effect from March 1, 1963. Sir Joseph Lockwood, Chairman of Electrical & Musical Industries Ltd., has been elected to the Board. Sir Thomas Sopwith retains his scat on the Board and has accepted the position of President.
