SGS‐Fairchild Micrologic integrated digital micro‐circuits are now available in production quantities in their newer Planar Epitaxial form. Epitaxial construction of this family of standard circuits has doubled both switching speed and d.c. noise immunity. Additionally, the new elements offer an increase of more than 30 per cent in logic level separation throughout the temperature range minus 55 to plus 125 deg. C.
