Details of Some Components Used for Subsidiary Services in Aircraft, Missiles and Space Vehicles. A new in‐built damping technique for incorporation into aircraft design, has been introduced into this country by Cementation (Muffelite) Ltd. Known as Rigidamp, the method enables lighter and more reliable components to be used by greatly reducing the stresses produced in structures by vibration under dynamic conditions.
