In parallel with the Viper 11 powered BAC.145 programme which is being carried out under Ministry of Aviation contract and which consists of the conversion of two Jet Provosts to BAC.145/V11 standard leading to first flight later this year, development is also under way of a more powerful version at present known as the BAC.145/V20.
