Brief Particulars of Recently Introduced Materials likely to have Aircraft, Missile or Space Vehicle Applications. The Hoffmann Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Chelmsford, have acquired a licence from the National Research Development Corporation to develop and fabricate components in silicon nitride. Hoffmann have initiated a research programme to develop applications for this new ceramic material.
