Dan‐Air Engineering Ltd.: A Report on a visit to Lasham

The name Dan‐Air is better known to most people as an airline which has carried millions of people to pleasant package holidays and to a very few who were on board when the Somali Air Force decided that a Boeing 707 on passage to the Seychelles had invaded their air space and persuaded them to land at Mogadishu. Dan Air Engineering does not actually operate airliners but it does maintain and overhaul them for the parent company.
