F R AVIATION has awarded a contract to Industrial Acoustics Company (IAC) of Staines, Middx to build an engine test facility at its premises at Bournemouth International Airport. IAC has designed a special low‐cost facility, costing £300,000, which will give F R Aviation the ability to test and rate engines up to 6,000lbs thrust.
