AN FM200 Fleximatic machining centre supplied by Flexible Manufacturing Technology Ltd is not only enabling British Aerospace to produce critical components of the highest precision for the European Airbus project, but its successful linking into the ESPRIT (European Strategic Programme for Research and Development in Information Technology) project for which it serves as a production demonstration unit, has won wide international attention and acclaim.
