ValuJet Airlines, a regional carrier based in Atlanta, has placed an order with Pratt & Whitney and ABS Partnership for up to 25 hush kit ship sets for the airline's growing fleet of DC‐9–32 aircraft. The DC‐9s are powered by Pratt & Whitney JT8D engines.
