No. 18 of the year 1935. In order to avoid the possibility of misapprehension in the loading of aircraft, owners of aircraft who have had modifications made since the aircraft was last weighed are reminded of their responsibility for ensuring that the corrected tare weight of the aircraft is brought to the knowledge of any pilot who may have occasion to fly the aircraft.
