GKN Westland Aerospace (GKN WAe), a leading first tier supplier of composite aircraft structures, has ordered a further 28 "seats" of CATIA computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software from Hemel Hempstead-based INCAT.

Having just secured its single largest nacelle contract from Allied Signal for a new Bombardier business jet, Isle of Wight-based GKN WAe is now investing a further »1.8 million in CATIA, taking its total number of seats to 114 worldwide.
