TRACE wins YAK 42 VIP completion for GAZPROM

Russia's oil and gas giant GAZPROM has awarded the VIP completion of its new YAK 42 aircraft to TRACE Worldwide's Aircraft Completion Division at London's Biggin Hill Airport.

The GAZPROM aircraft is the third out of six YAK 42 VIP conversions/completions which are the subject of an agreement between TRACE and YAK Corporation. The first two aircraft were converted for Lukoil Corporation and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in 1995 and 1997 respectively.
