Andrew Horrocks-Taylor (Plate 6) has been appointed Programme Manager at Coventry-based Dunlop Equipment. His major role will be to ensure the smooth running of new programmes from the initial customer contact to introduction to manufacture.

Prior to joining Dunlop Equipment, Andrew was with Morris Cranes for nine years, finishing as Development Projects Manager with a staff of nine. After taking a B. Eng (Hons) at Leeds Metropolitan, Andrew joined Lucas Aerospace at Hemel Hempstead as Manufacturing Systems Engineer. An Associate of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, he is currently applying for Chartered Engineer status. Andrew has taken part in DTI seminars, including providing a paper on "Successful product development".
