Following the recent publication of its selector guide, ESAB has published a new poster recommending appropriate electrodes for mild steel welding. A diagrammatic electrode selector gives clear information on which electrode is most suitable for each particular welding position.

Beneath this section a diagrammatic selection of welding positions is shown,in accordance with ASME 1X/BS EN ISO 6947.

The poster is said to be ideal for display in welding bays, fabrication shops, consumables sales areas and training schools.
