More helicopter components for Tods Free

The Aerospace Business Group of composite engineering specialists W&J Tod has secured a £1/3million contract from AgustaWestland to manufacture and supply a diverse range of composite material components for 16 new Super Lynx 300 helicopters.

This latest order, for Crewkeme-based Tods, will include the production of 360 chin strap radomes, TSM covers, gull-wing access doors and tail rotor fairings utilising advanced pre preg, carbon/kevlar and fibre glass material technology.
