Forecast International (FI), a leading provider of aerospace, defence, electronics and power systems market intelligence services, recently announced the release of its newest market intelligence product – rotorcraft forecast.
This new service, available in three formats (hardcopy, DVD and internet real-time), will allow FI to greatly expand its helicopter coverage. This new service increases dramatically the number of rotorcraft platforms covered by FI,and features broadened emphasis on Russian and Chinese helicopters, as well as world-wide developmental programs. “This separate service will allow us to include such firsts as a Turboshaft Analysis and a World Military Rotorcraft Inventories appendix,” says Forecast International President Douglas Nebinger. “We are very excited about this new and improved product, and amplified coverage. We are acutely aware of how important this dynamic market is and want to give it the billing required to properly cover it,” said Nebinger.
Forecast International senior aerospace analyst Raymond Jaworowski notes,“Within the next 10 years, military and commercial rotorcraft production is expected to top 20,000 units worth some $130 billion. European and USA manufacturers are engaging in stiff competition for market share. The new Rotorcraft Forecast will be an invaluable tool in helping decision- makers and market planners navigate this important segment of the aerospace industry.”
In addition to reports on individual aircraft, Rotorcraft Forecast features four special Market Segment Analyses that afford clients the opportunity to study the rotorcraft industry and compare market leaders in military and commercial segments by both units and value. The service also includes a Turboshaft Analysis, providing clients with added insight on the turboshaft engines that power rotorcraft.
