In June this year I and some of my colleagues had the opportunity to discuss the general situation in the information field with our opposite numbers in your country. We found many similarities and conformity and therefore I do not intend to give you a complete description of the organizational structure in the Federal Republic today. I prefer to discuss some outstanding problems:
