The European Connection: international co‐operation in the use of information resources

Some current trends, problems and principles of co‐operation in the use of international information sources as seen from the viewpoint of the European Communities, together with some of the Commission's plans to: set up or improve Community information systems; develop a Community‐wide network for scientific and technical information; advance the technology of information handling.
