Xin Feng received the PhD degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Yanshan University and a Master Tutor. He is also the author of more than 20 articles and 30 proposals, some of which are adopted by Hebei provincial government and the China Association for Promoting Democracy. His research interests include complex network, social computing, human behavior dynamics and policy analysis for the united front work department. He is also a vice dean of the special committee in SJZ of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and a member of Hebei Institute of Science and Technology Policy. Besides this, he has assumed and participated in a number of national and provincial projects, and is honored by the Top-notch Talent Project of Hebei Education Department and the triple three talent plan of Hebei province.

Xu Wang received the PhD degree in Information Science from School of Information Management of Wuhan University in 2020. He is currently a postgraduate tutor and his research interests include scientometrics, informetrics, altmetrics and scientific evaluation, social network analysis and discourse power construction. He has published more than 40 papers and 2 academic books.

Tianjiao Wang is a lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou, China. She received the PhD degree in Media and Communication from the City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests focus mainly on media and social change, computational communication, research methods and political communication.
