IFLA copyright statement

IFLA have released a very important statement on libraries, copyright and the electronic environment. The paper represents the views of the publishers, and was written by Carol Risher of the Association of American Publishers. It describes, in an interesting way, the role publishers see for libraries in the electronic environment. IFLA have invited comments on the paper.
