New systems project at the National Library of New Zealand

The National Library of New Zealand has announced the suppliers for its new systems project. This project will allow the library to replace the New Zealand Bibliographic Network, InterLibrary Loan and Kiwinet systems. Current systems have to be replaced to make them year 2000-compliant. The proposed BIBU (bibliographic utility) and IR (information resource) systems will be supplied by Endeavor Information Systems of Illinois,USA, and the ILL (inter-library loan) system will be supplied by Fretwell-Downing of Sheffield, UK.
