11th International Seminar: Library Building in a Changing Environment, 15-19 August 1999, Shanghai

The Seminar is an IFLA satellite event, planned a week before the IFLA General Conference and Council to be held in Bangkok from 20-28 August 1999. The Organizing Committee has planned a combination of presentation, exhibition, tour and social events designed around the theme of The Library Building in a Changing Environment. It aims to introduce the major developments of library buildings and to display successful samples.
